What should I do to protect my hearing?

Hearing is one of the vital senses that people should protect. The ears are agent of communicating with each other. Necessary precautions must be done to protect your ears. Here are the basic pointers that you can refer:
  • Do not insert hard objects in your ears.
  • Maintain a proper hygiene to prevent clogging of earwax.
  • Avoid taking medications that will affect you hearing.
  • Protect your ears from being exposed to very loud noise.
